How to get started
1. Read the roadmap
Firstly, have a look at the roadmap page for a brief introduction into the Hearts and Minds process. You can also view the Hearts and Minds Roadmap as a PDF here.
2. Review the toolkit
Once you have done that, you can either view the tools in a summary format here or if you have a clear idea of the tool(s) you and your colleagues need you can proceed directly to the Toolkit page. These pages contain information on the brochures themselves, further implementation help in the form of presentations, flipcharts and animations, and sample pages of the booklet. Please also look at the additional resources page where you will find extra presentations, animations and other materials.
3. Order your tools
You can order the full booklets here or if you are a Shell employee please click here. If you are ordering 50 or more copies of any item, a discount applies; to discuss bulk order discounts, please email sking@energyinst.org.uk.
When you have completed the order form, the EI's book distribution agent, Portland Customer Services, will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your details.

4. Register with the Hearts and Minds users area
Once you have purchased the tools you can register as a Hearts and Minds user, giving you access to full versions of the workshop presentations and additional resources. Access / registration can can completed by following the link below.
