Please ensure that you complete all of the mandatory fields below. When you have completed the order form, the EI's book distribution agent, Portland Customer Services, will contact you within 24 hours to confirm shipping costs and payment details.

Remember to state your preferred method of shipping at the end of the form, but please leave plenty of time for delivery. Delivery times vary upon where items are being sent to. The following chart provides an estimate of the standard and courier (Fedex) schedules. Portland Customer Services will confirm shipping costs and schedules upon receipt of this form.
