When you have completed the order form, the EI's book distribution agent, Portland Customer Services, will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your details. If you have any queries about the toolkit or ordering, please contact pubs@energyinst.org. The EI offers a discount* on bulk orders: 25 or more copies of an item = 10% discount 50 or more copies of an item = 25% discount 100 or more copies of an item = 35% discount 200 or more copies of an item = 40% discount * Discounts may only be offered if requested before you order.
